About

I'm Helen Park. Born in Germany to Korean parents, raised between Boston and Southern California, and educated in Boston and London. I've lived and worked across Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and Belgium.

I don't speak fluent Korean, but I know what it means to grow up in an Asian household while navigating Western expectations—and never quite belonging to either world.

I've spent my career in tech since the early Internet days. Founder. VP. Global Director. I've been through the dot-com boom, renewable energy pivots, enterprise software, and now AI. One IPO. Three acquisitions. Countless negotiations—for my teams and myself.

I learned to lead in rooms where I was often the only woman, and rarely saw another Asian face at the table.

That's why I built Unni Edge.

If you're a young Asian woman in tech, reconciling cultural expectations with professional ambition, I've been where you are. I know the double standard, the invisible ceiling, the pressure to be both exceptional and invisible.

You don't need to navigate this alone.
